My all natural "Fresh" chunky tomato based salsa is made with only the freshest and highest quality produce including roma tomatoes, an assortment of peppers and onions, cucumbers, garlic, cilantro and my special secret spice pak. At the present time I serve a mild heated salsa that I call "family friendly" with just a little kick to it.

I love to cook with my salsa and I have created some great recipe dishes that will offer you and your family an "explosion of flavor" in every bite. Both my grandmothers and my mother taught me how to use wonderful, happy spices when cooking.

I was born in San Antonio, Texas and my early years were highly influenced by my grandmother and mother's Hispanic heritage. My salsa is proudly named Maria Louisa Salsa in honor of my grandmother.

I enjoy cooking and sharing my dishes with family and friends. Whenever we gather for dinner or a party, salsa is an absolute must! It is because of the encouragement of family and friends throughout the years that I have perfected my salsa recipe and make it available to you- my extended family. My salsa is made from only the highest quality produce, some of it grown in my own family's garden and/or personally selected from high quality produce markets. My secret blend of ethnic herbs and seasonings gives my salsa a one-of-a-kind taste that will keep you coming back for more.
